  1. Nice! It looks like a painting by Magritte. I have one in paper,:an affiche.

  2. Did I ever mention that THAT was the first movie I ever saw on the big screen…when I was in college back in the ’60s. Memories.

    1. boo radley moments abound in my world 🙂

  3. Confluent thoughts, ideas, observations, and emotions–they are the books we write or only dream about composing. “Mockingbird” was the only published novel of Lee, and it’s audience has been huge. Only one book, but it is more than I have written or published.
Maybe other authors have just one. It’s possible they may have more. 😉 What do you think?

    1. i don’t know Phil, maybe one book is all that’s needed for some authors? they have a message to get out there, and once it’s done, their work is finished…. maybe it’s time to play after that? after the work is done…. after the work for others is done, time to do the work for yourself, which is worse i daresay, tho writing will tear your heart out if you let it.

  4. so i take it you had an engrossing weekend, Elaine?

  5. it’s a wonderful still life Elaine!! …. the selective focus on the top of the five fanned out books does it for me…
i never read the book so i won’t comment on it… i read the other comments and got some idea about it…
    have a great week….peter:)

  6. just thinking about you Elaine!! ….peter:)

  7. A booklover never goes to bed alone. Remember that, sweet heart & your nights are full of stories, dreams & love. And after waking up you gotta tell me every little secret you dremat of.

All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.
