the little green ‘Rose’ is the base of a head of bok choy my husband was using in the dog’s food 🙂

    There’;s something special about oranges at Christmas time, Elaine, though I’ve never quite thought of that before. I need one for my balsamic dressing tomorrow, so I’ll think of you when I make it. 🙂
