Porcupine Balls

My husband makes these for me, with rice and grass fed beef… they are yummy and the cows at least led a nicer life.

    Whenever you say grass-fed beef, I think of all the Dutch cows out in the polder! I love seeing them where they need to be, rather than inside the barns.
