i was worried by the title ‘sadness’ while waiting for your photo to load (yes, i’m still lagging on your website. weird. i hope it is only temporary). i thought ‘oh oh bad news’ but i’m a little bit relieved there wasn’t bad news. i’m sorry, though, hubbie is sad and i hope that too is only temporary. i want to give him a hug.
Life is a dizzy mix of good and bad, happy and sad, the acceptable and the outrageous, the beautiful and the horrible. Not one of them lives far from the other. I hope that this sadness passes quickly and better times are on the way.
Hugs. Best wishes on your doctor’s visit tomorrow. Hoping for good news…Did you do something different with your website? Because tonight it is loading perfectly, without that awful lag that has been happening the last couple of weeks. Or did my computer self-heal finally?
Sadness or thoughtfulness. And don’t you forget that there’s always a valley after we climb up on that mountain. It’s a great protrait, Elaine, because it gives me the feel of looking right into the soul. Brilliant! All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

Wonderfully expressive. Hope the sadness ends soon…and that there’s some happiness in the near future!
I like the colors and angle on this one. Nice mood.
