When We Were Very Young

January 21, 2016 Elaine-

So wherever I am, there’s always Pooh,
There’s always Pooh and Me.
“What would I do?” I said to Pooh,
“If it wasn’t for you,” and Pooh said: “True,
It isn’t much fun for One, but Two
Can stick together,” says Pooh, says he.
“That’s how it is,” says Pooh.

Ohhhh, Pooh. It doesn’t get better than Pooh and whatever he says, whenever and whatever age we are. Wonderful.

It was A.A. Milne’s birthday on January 18. I celebrated with honey on my toast.

Pooh is the true philosopher like you are my true poet, darling.

Sorry for being away far too long but it has been a hard time for me & but I am on my way back to you.

All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.
