Kevin’s

Kevin’s mural was probably painted using The General Lee, from ‘The Dukes of Hazzard’… There is a guy who lives near us out in Mission who has one of them… Apparently the show had many versions of the car, and they all got sold to the public at auction.

I have a picture of the car driving past our driveway, but y’all probably thought I took a picture of the movie lol

  1. Very cool processing. The selective color adds a lot.
I like the General Lee, but my car is the one up on the lift…all the time.

    1. lol Phil… you and your car xoxox

  2. Excellent processing, indeed, Elaine. One of your best for me. 🙂

  4. I like the kind of retro feel to this image.

    1. yeah, it’s a really cool garage, bad picture of it tho lol thanks xoxox

  5. love, love the image and how you processed it

    1. thank you so much, i think the selective colour saved it lol it wasn’t a good image to start with 🙂

  6. I love murals like that. There is one near where I live that shows two people talking. The first time I saw it I really that they were real. Kind of embarrassing. 🙂

    1. hahaha… that mural doesn’t look that real… there is a girl standing beside the car, you can’t really tell tho… she no lookie realzies 🙂

  7. Excellent processing, but what also matters for every one are the memories coming back from ancient times. Here, for me, it’s about my youth and the bad cars I had, I needed many times to take them for repairing in this kind of small “office”, supposed to be cheaper, and were not 😉

    1. I know what you mean… coz i’m a woman when i took my car in to a garage i thought was good… they would sabotage my car so that i would come back soon… glad the pic brings back memories for you xoxox thanks 🙂
