take hubby outside for a walk. it won’t help the hurt, but it will give you a chance to talk and be together. exercise and fresh air will make you feel better. it’s one of the things you have some control over. at least, it is putting one foot in front of the other, a direction, something to do. walk close together.

When they’re freshly arrived they have an eye that wanders because it’s the one that still looks back at heaven. Maybe that’s what they dream of too.
