      did you fall out of your chair? once i got such bad vertigo, i fell sideways in my chair, tho i couldn’t tell if that was down or not lol it was a terrrible feeling!

        Luckily I’m laying down. I think once or or twice I’ve fallen out of my chair, never forward though, the bar was always there 😉
