i just asked hubby, he couldn’t remember the name, but when i asked him if they were cremini, he immediately said ‘YEP!!’ thanks, sister, now we know what to avoid lol
They’re actually the mushrooms we always buy when we need mushrooms, Elaine, and I LOVE them! In fact, I need to think of more recipes for how I can use them. HA! (One of these days I’ll go back to see what photos I missed while we were one.)
How can mushrooms be too mushroomy? I guess I love mushrooms in all kinds of shapes, forms, tastes and smells. As long as they are not poisonous…
i don’t know, i just found the smell made me feel sick… mushrooms are a fungus, and i’m kind of sensitive to molds and fungi
i have no way of identifying which ones are the good ones and which ones not, Elaine. hope they tasted better.

yes, i can see where people who loooove mushrooms and aren’t sensitive, would looooove cremini mushrooms even more!
